The DRCSC is seeking a new head coach for our competitive swimming team.
This is a paid position with an average obligation of 8-15 hours per week depending on the point in the season.
Responsibilities include season planning, writing and delivering workouts for swimmers, producing technique feedback to swimmers,
and fostering a welcoming and fun environment for children from a variety of backgrounds to help them excel in the water.
The head coach is also responsible for oversight and mentorship of all junior coaches as required.
Experience in competitive swimming and coaching is an asset, but not required. On the job training will be provided to the successful applicant.
